I've worked as a Sales Associate at several Spas (in Colorado) and then up ended managing Spas in Arizona, and as a manager, I was able to lead my sales' teams to be great at selling memberships!
Upon implementing my methods, the spas I managed were ranked #1 in membership conversion in Arizona and #3 in the U.S. for the specific spas I managed for the franchise I represented. With the systems I used to accomplish this, I can teach you to do it too!
From studying sales and selling over the last couple decades, I realized that even though I was a good leader and had happy employees for the spas I managed, my forte is training a team to sell Memberships. When managing each location, we consistently gained new members every week and every month. At a time when many spas and other membership-based franchises were struggling to stay ahead of attrition in this market, I was able to develop a team of consistently high performers. Not only did I earn really nice quarterly bonuses, I won our annual all-expense paid trips to Cabo, Mexico during the years I worked for these spas.
The membership-based business model relies on customers loving what products and services these companies offer so much that they're willing to commit to paying for it every month in order to enjoy reduced rates and other perks.
