Who is this course for?

How long is this course?

This course is between 4 and 6 hours long. It's broken up into sections so that you can learn a little bit at a time, plus you can stop and start the videos and go back when you're ready. My favorite way to utilize the training is to start from the beginning and immediately start to put one to three items into play for about two - four weeks and then master the next set of one to three items and do the same thing. OR if you're ambitious, you can try more than than that for one or two weeks and then move onto the next set of recommendations.
